This plan is perfect for homes with standard water heaters. It offers a full-system plumbing check to catch small issues before they become expensive problems.
Included in Your Annual Visit:
Cursory inspection of all plumbing fixtures
Appliance connection checks
Tankless water heater flush (if applicable)
Water pressure and water quality checks
10% off all up-front repair pricing
Includes conventional or tankless water heater flush and inspection
Pricing:
$225/year or $18.75/month for the first agreement
$190/year or $15.83/month for each additional agreement
Terms:
Annual agreements expire 12 months from start date
Monthly agreements require a credit card on file
30 days’ notice required for cancellation
HVAC System Maintenance Plan
Keep your heating and cooling systems in peak condition with two yearly tune-ups: one in spring, one in fall.
Spring Visit (A/C Start-Up):
Clean condenser coil & check evaporator coil
Flush/test condensate drain
Electrical system check
Refrigerant pressure test (if applicable)
Inspect ductwork and insulation
Replace and provide 1" pleated filters
Fall Visit (Heating Start-Up):
Replace and provide 1" pleated filters
Heat exchanger, flue, and gas pressure checks
Electrical & safety system inspection
Carbon monoxide safety check
